Biography

Attorney Abigail Edelstein draws on her extensive background in business, real estate, estate planning, and probate law to provide practical and customized solutions that meet her clients’ unique needs. Currently specializing in probate law, Ms. Edelstein brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each case.

Attorney Abigail Edelstein is a native of Orlando, FL. She is a distinguished graduate of Florida A&M University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude and graduated in the top 15% of her class. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts Degree from Seminole State College.

Ms. Edelstein is a respected member of several prestigious legal associations, including The Florida Bar, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association. She has been honored with the 2019 Young Lawyer Pro Bono Award of Excellence by the Orange County Bar Association, the 2018 New Lawyer Award of Excellence by the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, the 2017 Pro Bono Merit Award by the Ninth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, and selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2020-2023.

Ms. Edelstein is deeply committed to pro bono work and is dedicated to serving her community beyond practicing law. She has been an active volunteer as Guardian Ad Litem for abused and neglected children, served on the board of directors for BASE Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation, and served on the board of directions for the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and exploring all that beautiful Florida has to offer.
